I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice with a beautiful view of the volcanoes. This hotel also had secure parking, lots of guards, and it was easy to get to Antigua and Pacaya by car.

The wifi was pretty bad and didn't work a lot of the time. In our room, the toilet flush wasn't working properly and after one attempt at fixing it, the problem persisted.

The gardens are lovely, perfect if you're looking for a quiet retreat away from the city. the beds are incredibly comfortable and the linen was of high quality. the hot shower was absolutely gorgeous, and was a great way to start the day. Finally, the view of the surrounding area was fantastic, and provided an ideal backdrop for breakfast.
